I have a Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Yesterday, me and hubby went to visit my OB-GYN aunt who specialize in infertility. My Auntie Irene told me that I am polycystic. She prescribed me some medicine to take - duphaston, metformin and folart.
This will help me regulate my menstrual cycle.
I did some research on the internet and found that main cause of being a PCOS is overweight!
